What Should I do in Ramadan
Ramadan is the month of sacrificing, restraining. So you must have to take fasting. As you have taken plan to take fasting so I would like to request you to follow some rules that you can follow to remain well though you don’t eat anything at day time.

1. At the very morning when you take Sehri( Taking foods for fasting) drink water as much as you can.
2. Add liquid type items in your Sehri menu like Milk, Sauce, Juice etc.
3. After taking sehri it is good to take rest for sometimes and it will give you extra energy to maintain your daily work.
4. Must go to Mosque to say prayer. Don’t miss it. After saying prayer you feel the difference that what I was and now who I am. An divine spirit will boost up your workability.
5. Stay away foods and drinking water’s bottles.
6. Read at least one page of Holy Quran per day.
7. Ramadan is the month of donating. So try to donate the peoples as much as you can. You will be benefited more than the other month’s donation.
8. Make busy yourself to saying prayer and other Islam Rituals.
